Lime and Tequila Sorbet

Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 7 limes, juiced
- 25ml tequila
- 2 tbsp, golden syrup
- 80g caster sugar
Method
Juice the limes, then top up with water to 300ml. Mix in tequila, golden syrup and sugar. Dissolve.
Chill in a ice cream machine until set.
