Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 4 floury potatoes (Maris Piper or King Edwards)
- 1 onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper
- sunflower oil
Method
Grate the potato and onion into a clean tea towel. Squeeze out the water.
Add the egg, salt and pepper to the mix.
Heat a pan to hot. Add oil, and spoon of mix. Flatten to 1 cm thick. Fry for 3 min, then flip and fry some more.
