Beef and Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
- oil
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 125g tomatoes, halved
- 1 broccoli, cut off the florets
- 750g beef (steak sizzlers/frying steak)
- salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pack noodles
Method
Cook the noodles following the packet directions. Drain.
Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 3 min. I use 1 tbsp of salt with 1.5 litre water.
Heat a wok to hot, add the beef, sugar, salt and fry. Reserve.
Turn down heat to medium, and fry garlic and spring onions for a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes and warm them through. Reserve with the meat.
Turn heat to high, add noodles and soy sauce. Mix. Then add back in the reserved meat etc. and mix.
